Until you focus on it
Then your breathing becomes something else:

The hardest thing about using your breathing to help yourself feel

Remembering to use it
Let’s do it together
Right now
Allow yourself a 10-minute time out
Without interruption
Now close your eyes
And focus on your breath
Begin to relax an let go of everything
Except focusing on your breath
Put your full attention on your breath
And breathe in a way that feels good to you
Your way is fine
You can’t mess it up so
Enjoy your inhale and your exhale
Breathe your way until you notice a shift
A softening
A centering
That feels like
Breathing more into you
More peace
More calm
More awareness
Ahhhhhhh
Congratulations
You have just
Centered yourself in your breath
And given yourself
A tool to help yourself
Anytime
Anywhere
And open up space to become aware
Of your well-being
